The mission of this program is to improve the quality, timeliness, and credibility of forensic science and medical examiner services for criminal justice purposes.
The Paul Coverdell Grant Program is not an open solicitation grant. Applicants are limited to the West Virginia State Police Forensic Laboratory and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on an alternating basis.
